In this way, the strawberries harvested for the winter to taste are obtained, as if only plucked from the garden. I used to punch strawberries with a blender and freeze them, but after last year I froze strawberries in this way, I don't want to eat otherwise. Last year I froze 5 kg in this way, this year I plan to increase it even more.

Recipe:

strawberry -1 kg

sugar -100g

COOKING METHOD

Last year I froze 5 kg in this way, this year I plan to increase it even more.
And so we take the strawberries, the berries are well washed, and the stalk is removed. Put in a colander, let the excess water drain.

Now we cut the berries into cubes with a knife. If you do not want to cut with a knife, you can mash the berries with a potato grinder. I cut it with a knife, now we add sugar to the berries at the rate of 100 grams of sugar per 1 kg of strawberries, or you can add to taste.
Mix and immediately arrange in containers, I freeze in freezer bags. The volume is at your discretion, I have sachets with a volume of 0.6 l

We put it in the freezer, take it out as needed and enjoy the aromas of summer at any time of the year.
Tastes like freshly picked berries.
I recommend harvesting more in winter, it will certainly leave the first checked on yourself.
