My version of instant jellied meat. I have worked out an ideal recipe for myself. I really hope it will come in handy for you. # jellied meat # new year # appetizer # festive dish
Ingredients: water, pork knuckle, pork meat (beef / chicken), chicken paws (additionally you can put a couple pork legs, but this is not necessary), onions, garlic, carrots, bay leaves, black peppercorns, to taste Salt
Cooking method:
Shank, meat, wash paws and put them in a pot of water. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat so much that it does not gurgle, otherwise the jellied meat will come out cloudy. Cook for 1.5 hours.
After 1.5 hours, add carrots and onions. I put onions peeled and whole. We continue to cook for 1.5 hours.
After an hour, add bay leaf, peppercorns, garlic crushed with a knife and salt to taste. We continue to cook for an hour.
We split the meat into fibers (I cut it into small pieces and then split it with a fork. Put in molds, sprinkle with a little fresh finely chopped garlic on top. Fill with broth and set in the cold until it solidifies.
