I share a step-by-step recipe for a bulk pie that you can make, even if you have no experience at all.
I love bulk cakes for their simplicity. All the ingredients are simple and, most likely, everyone has in the kitchen.
The cooking process is as simple as possible and does not require any additional “gadgets”. It is enough just to mix all the ingredients, it takes me no more than 5 minutes, and send the cake to bake.

Step-by-step recipe for how to make a loose strawberry pie
Ingredients:
Sand crumb
- Flour 95 g
- Oat flakes 100 g
- Sugar 100 g
- Baking powder 0.5 tsp l.
- A pinch of salt
- Butter 115 g
I send all dry ingredients to the bowl and mix.
I add butter at room temperature and stir the dough until crumbs form.
Cut the strawberries into small cubes, add lemon zest, starch, sugar and mix until smooth.
Strawberry filling
- Strawberry 300 g
- Sugar 30 g
- Starch 8 g
- Zest of 1 lemon
I put two-thirds of the dough in a mold covered with baking paper and tamp it.
Then I spread the filling and distribute it evenly over the entire surface.
Sprinkle on top with the remaining dough crumbs and send them to bake for 40 minutes at 180 ° C.
After baking, let it cool slightly. You can serve this cake while it is still hot. But I like to wait for it to cool down and cut it into squares.
It is convenient to fold the squares into a container and take with you to work. And if cut into rectangles, you get a strawberry bar - just right for a little snack on the road.
