✅ Today I want to share a "lazy" recipe for a delicious dish made from ordinary cottage cheese. I can eat such a breakfast every day and I do not get bored. The husband also loves such cottage cheese. I always have a pack of cottage cheese in the fridge in reserve. As it ends, I buy a new one.
And even the children are delighted.

I transfer the cottage cheese into a deep bowl (any will do: grainy, soft, of different fat content). This recipe works with any cottage cheese. I add an egg, a little salt, sugar (or any sweetener). Today I have date syrup instead of sugar.
I add flour and mix quickly. You can also add vanillin or cinnamon if desired.
The dough should be thick.
I spread the dough on a sprinkled table with flour (I also sprinkle it with flour on top), and use a rolling pin to roll it into a rectangle one centimeter thick.
I cut it into squares with a knife (first I cut it into strips along, then across).
I forgot to say! Before cooking, put water on the stove, let it boil.
I add salt to the boiling water and throw in our "sloths".
