Zucchini should be cut into cubes. You can take any kind of zucchini: white, green and even yellow. Greens grow in our garden.
My husband makes this snack right in the bag. I put the zucchini in a bag.
I take the greens. Any will do, but the husband says that it is especially tasty with "umbrellas" of dill (comes out fragrant) and parsley.
Finely chop the garlic.
I add garlic and herbs to the zucchini.
Be sure to add a mixture of peppers, a few cloves, and crush a few allspice peas, salt, a little honey and lemon juice.
The husband also likes to add the zest of lemon or orange (it turns out spicy with an orange).
I shake the bag so that all the spices and herbs are evenly distributed over each piece.
