Stewed cabbage cannot be tasteless. I really love this dish. Carcass cabbage with meat, mushrooms, milk, and I add crackers to it! Very tasty stewed cabbage turns out in a baking bag or in a jar, in an ordinary glass jar! At the end of the article, I will leave a link to several stewed cabbage recipes.
And today I want to share an unusual combination: cabbage + chicken hearts! Once I added them to a dish. And now I often use this recipe. It turns out very satisfying, tasty and inexpensive!

HOW TO COOK:
I wash the chicken hearts well, remove all unnecessary things and put them in a stewpan with heated oil.
I cook, stirring, until the liquid evaporates. You can cover and darken to make the hearts soft. I add salt and spices. Spices, of course, to your liking. I usually add white pepper (for flavor and pungency) and a pinch of cumin (it gives a special taste to this dish). But, if you don't like cumin, you can do it without it.
I also send finely chopped onions and carrots here. I cut the carrots into strips. I stir it. I fry the hearts with vegetables for another 5 minutes.
And I add cabbage, cut into thin strips. Salt. When it settles, I add a glass of tomato juice. Or you can take 1 tbsp instead of juice. tomato paste, diluted in a glass of water.
Carcass until the cabbage is cooked. At the end I add fresh parsley. And that's it! The most delicious dish is ready!
