Hi friends! I want to share with you the recipe for summer Lebanese salad, I really like it and my homemade ones. This salad uses a lot of greens, especially parsley. You can change the composition of the herbs to your liking. For example, add cilantro, green onions or dill.

You need to boil bulgur as it is written on the package, usually two parts of water and one part of cereal.

While the water is boiling, add salt and oil. Then add 100 g of bulgur. In the end, it should be a little undercooked. Put timer for 10 minutes and close the pan with a lid after boiling water.

Turn off Bulgur and open the lid.

Tear off the leaves from parsley and mint. Finely chop all the greens.

  • Pour the herbs into a salad bowl.
  • Chop the green onion and add to the herbs.
  • Add some dill.
  • Add a couple of fresh cucumbers.
  • Add bell pepper if desired.

Add to greens:

  • cooled bulgur,
  • tomatoes in their own juice,
  • olive oil, salt and lemon juice.

Mix everything well, you can add oriental spices and leave to brew for half an hour.
