- Pour sugar on the bottom and wait until it begins to melt.
- Heat the cream on the stove or in the microwave.
- When the sugar caramel is ready, the cream should be hot.
- Gently add the cream to the caramel with constant stirring.
- Cook the caramel until all the lumps dissolve.
- Add salt, vanilla sugar and mix.
- Then put the apples.
- Bring to a boil and reduce heat.
- Simmer the apples until almost cooked and turn off the heat.
STROUZEL OR CONFECTIONERY BREAD:
- Add sugar to flour and mix.
- Chop cold butter or grate it.
- Grind it quickly with your hands into crumbs along with flour and put in the refrigerator.
Preheat the oven to 165 ° C-170 ° C degrees.
DOUGH:
- Add baking powder to flour.
- Beat soft butter with sugar.
- Add eggs one at a time, then salt, half of the flour with baking powder and mix everything at low speed.
- Pour milk and remaining flour here.
- Put the finished dough into a mold and flatten.
- Put the apple filling on the dough.
- Put only apples, let the caramel remain in the bowl so that the filling is not too runny.
- Remove the crumbs from the refrigerator and sprinkle the cake on top.
Send the mold to the oven for about 30-35 minutes.
- Put the remaining caramel from the apples in the refrigerator.
- The finished cake should be allowed to cool, preferably on a wire rack. Then it can be removed from the mold.
- Top it with the remaining caramel.
