My aim is to lose weight from 132 kg up to at least up to 80kg.
More than half of the way, I passed.

Now I understand that it is not necessary any diets! You need to eat, so that was tasty, healthy and nutritious!

It helped me to lose weight at 31 kg a proper diet and a calorie deficit.

Adhering definitely certain restrictions - basic for the proper and healthy diet, while at the same time not to the extent I was a fanatic to talk about inadmissibility to eat bananas or potatoes makaroshkami, for example, or to argue about a particular product and its place in the right nutrition.
I eat and banana - but only in the 1st half of the day, and potatoes - boiled in soup or baked in the oven, and makaroshki - durum and spelled. But not often!

- abandoned flour products (if I eat, then bake itself from wholegrain flour using PP recipes - the benefit of a lot of them!),
- changed the way of cooking - no zazharochki - just bake, braise or cook)
- limited the butter in the diet and replace it with avocado !!!
- I use olive oil instead of sunflower and linseed.
And of course, more than six months and try to find KBZHU fit into their calorie deficit - not more than 1300 a day!
Now this is my way of life. I have long been accustomed to it and turn from the path I did not pull!)
