- chicken legs - 3 pcs.
- onion - 1 pc.
- carrots - 1 pc.
- tomato sauce (pasta) - 4 tbsp. l.
- ground sweet paprika - 1 tsp l.
- salt to taste
- ground black pepper - to taste
Step by step recipe
1. First, let's prepare the ingredients.
Cut one carrot in half and cut into half slices.
Cut one onion in half and cut into slices.
2. Cut three chicken legs into smaller pieces, I divide them into 3 parts.
3. Put the prepared chicken meat in a bowl. Salt everything to taste, add 1 tsp. sweet paprika, pepper with black pepper and add 4 tbsp. l. tomato sauce or tomato paste. Mix everything to evenly distribute the seasonings over the meat.
4. Put the prepared carrots and onion slices here. We mix everything.
Cover the bowl with a lid and leave to marinate for 30 minutes.
5. The meat is pickled. We take a baking dish and grease it with vegetable oil.
First put the meat in the prepared form, and then put the vegetables between the pieces of meat.
6. We put everything in the oven preheated to 180 degrees. Bake for about 40-45 minutes.
We take out the baked meat from the oven and serve hot.
