Fritters with meat. A very tasty and quick dish that is loved by both adults and children. I often cook them for dinner instead of cutlets and just for a snack, for example on the road.

Recipe:

chicken breast - 400-500g

sour cream -100g

mayonnaise -100g

egg -1pc

salt -1 / 2 tsp.

flour -100g

black pepper - to taste

For potatoes:

potatoes -600g

salt -1 / 2 tsp.

seasoning for potatoes -1 / 2 tsp.

bread crumbs -3 tbsp.

vegetable oil -3 tbsp.

COOKING METHOD

Cut the chicken breast into small cubes, put in a bowl, break 1 egg, add 100 grams of mayonnaise and 100 grams of sour cream, you can add only mayonnaise or only sour cream.

Add half a tsp. mix salt, black pepper and add flour 100 grams of flour. Mix the dough ready.
Take a frying pan, pour vegetable oil with a spoon, form pancakes and fry under a lid over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.


Pancakes with chicken breast are tender and very tasty I recommend.
