A very tasty snack for every day, which is loved by both adults and children. A home-style hot dog can be made for breakfast, dinner, or for a snack. A crispy bun and a juicy aromatic filling with sausage and stringy cheese will not leave anyone indifferent. It is amazingly delicious hot!
Preparing such a home-style hot dog in the oven is very quick and easy. Instead of sausage, you can put boiled chicken or sausages. You can also add tomatoes and fried onions. It all depends on the products in the refrigerator and your imagination.

Ingredients:
- sausage - 300 g
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- parsley - bunch
- tomato sauce - 100-150 g
- long buns (for hot dogs) - 4 pcs.
- cheese - 250 g
Step by step recipe
1. First, let's prepare all the ingredients.
Cut 300 g of any sausage into slices, and then cut the slices into cubes.
2. Put the sausage in a preheated pan. Fry on all sides. Remove the finished sausage from the heat.
3. Chop a bunch of parsley with a knife.
250 g of cheese three on a coarse grater.
4. Break 2 eggs into a bowl. Salt them a little and beat with a fork until smooth.
5. Add about ¾ grated cheese to the beaten eggs. We mix everything.
6. Take 4 long rolls. We cut off the top of each bun, we do not need it.
In the middle, take out the pulp with your hands.
7. Put fried sausage in each bun. Lay eggs with grated cheese on top.
8. Lubricate with tomato sauce or ketchup.
This amount of ingredients is based on 4 hot dogs.
Sprinkle with parsley on top of the ketchup.
9. Put the remaining grated cheese on the greens. Also, instead of long buns, you can use round ones, then they will turn out to be 8 pieces.
Put the prepared buns on a baking sheet from the oven.
We put everything in the oven preheated to 180 degrees. We bake for about 15 minutes.
