It was only thanks to nutritional control by counting calories that I was able to achieve the result, getting rid of excess weight, with which I fought almost all my adult life.

And if I didn’t listen to everyone in a row, didn’t try to follow all kinds of diets, but initially would have sat down and figured out the issue of losing weight from a scientific point of view, then it wouldn’t there would be those years of unsuccessful struggle, there would be no swing with weight, when you throw off weight on a newfangled diet, and then return to your old diet and eat fat again.

Understanding that the calorie content of food is important for weight loss leads to slimness. How it works:

Thanks to calorie counting, I managed not only to lose weight, but also manage to maintain my result without gaining excess weight again.

I eat the usual food familiar to many, but I cook food not as before in the sea of ​​oil, but with a minimum amount of it, replacing the most high-calorie foods with less high-calorie ones.

How I missed cottage cheese for two weeks of vacation. Only once I ate cottage cheese in the form of a cheesecake.

And now I did not have time to return home, I prepared cheesecakes. At breakfast I ate 200 g of cheesecakes with 50 g of sour cream 15%. And my breakfast came out for 505 kcal.

My vacation continues, there is still a week left. There is time to resolve cases that were postponed. Therefore, we cannot sit still, we all go somewhere.

And so I want to take a break from rest. Do you ever get tired after a vacation at sea? It's always like this with me, because you are trying to embrace the immensity, be in time and visit wherever you can.

We are at home for the third day, and today we felt the very fatigue that literally swept over us in an instant, apparently another day on the road by car made itself felt, but with a slight delay.

Today we went on business, returned home and I don't want to do anything at all. Yes, also I will not deviate from the prices in any way. We were gone for two weeks, and prices went up, as if we had been absent for a year.

But I still broke into a piece of my favorite fish and returned home to have a snack on a sandwich on Darnitsa bread (35 g) with curd cheese (20 g) and 50 g of cold smoked pink salmon.

For lunch, I really didn't want to cook anything for me. And when you don't feel like cooking, what saves you? What was prepared in advance! Cooking dumplings!

150 g ravioli (raw weight) and 35 g sour cream 15% - 380 kcal.

I have already mentioned that after the vacation I decided to set myself a calorie intake of 1500-1600 kcal (at my rate of 1700 kcal). For the evening, I had about 500 calories left and we decided to relax a little, especially since we brought home red food with us.

You know, when you realize that today is Monday, most are at work, and you can affordrelax and unwind - rest is doubly pleasant.

But everything is within the established calorie intake, well, almost: 50 g of boiled pork, 30 g of cheese, 150 g of grapes, figs and 150 ml of homemade - 530 kcal.

The result of the day is 1630 kcal. B - 73, F - 80, U - 119.
