And it is not necessary to drive yourself into a rigid dietary framework, increasing the chance of a breakdown. You can eat tasty, satisfying, with a slight calorie deficit and gradually lose weight.

At the same time, along with losing weight, a change in dietary habits will occur.

In order to prevent the return of excess weight, you can not allow a return to the diet that led you to excess weight.

Many stereotypes in nutrition while losing weight do not allow those who are losing weight to live in peace. That is not allowed, this is not. Yesterday at breakfast I was teased by my homemade sandwich with cheese, to which coffee asks. But yesterday I already made breakfast for myself, and I planned out the menu and roughly calculated for the day. So I could only dream of a sandwich with cheese, because I was not going to recount and reshape the diet.

But today I pampered myself. I ate one sandwich at breakfast, but what kind: 60 g of bread, 15 g of butter, 50 g of cheese. And also coffee with 60 g of milk and 20 g of salted caramel syrup.

Just one sandwich and a coffee with milk and syrup - 510 kcal

This is how we are deceived when we think that we eat little, but we still get better, writing off our fullness for anything except food.

And after all, until now, many are guided by portions and do not take into account the calorie content of food (and some do not even know that it is the calorie content of food that directly affects the presence of excess kilograms).

Once I accidentally saw a program about fat people and they interviewed one fat woman at home. She told me how she eats. And according to her, she eats very little. She was asked to show what she eats for breakfast and the woman began to make herself a sandwich (just one sandwich) for a piece of white bun, on which she squeezed about a tablespoon of mayonnaise with relish, put a fatty sausage and a piece cheese. And she washed it all down with tea with sugar, while commenting that she eats little.

Roughly speaking, you can eat one sandwich for 1000 kcal, or you can eat two for 500 - serving size is not the most important thing in the process of losing weight.

And I have a melon for a snack. 300 g - 100 kcal.

I had lunch with chicken broth (320 g weight with meat) with 70 g of boiled hard noodles - 235 kcal

And after lunch, I pampered myself with delicious treats brought from Crimea - Turkish delight (60g) - 200 kcal.

I took the information about the calorie content from the Internet, perhaps it is not quite correctly calculated, but I do not think that there will be a big difference.

For dinner, baked chicken wings, having previously marinated them in: soy sauce, mustard, honey, salt, pepper, garlic. And I also cut a vegetable salad, which I seasoned with sour cream.

120 g of chicken wings and 250 g of vegetable salad - 480 kcal.

The total calorie content of the day is 1525 kcal. B - 69, F - 67, U - 156. BZHU while I have a limp. I focus on maintaining calorie content and while on vacation there are fruits and snacks brought from vacation - I eat them for my own pleasure.
