Greetings! And according to tradition, I wish you tasty and comfortable weight loss!

So I came back from vacation and went back to counting calories.

Leaving on vacation, I (to your questions) unequivocally answered that I would not count calories and worry about the possible gained pounds on vacation - I am going to rest!

Firstly, this is the first normal vacation in 6 years and I wanted to rest 100%, without denying myself anything.

Secondly, we ate in a cafe-cafeteria and, in principle, it is not possible to calculate the calorie content of food that is offered in the dining room menu and cooked by someone, and judging by the food, all the dishes were high in calories using oil according to the principle: the more, the better .

Later, I will show examples of the food I ate while on vacation. I note that the portions of food were familiar to me, but as you understand, the calorie content of the food was high and even outdoor activities, swimming and walking in the mountains did not help me spend more energy than came with food. And the most important principle to stay in the same weight: spend energy as much as you get with food.

Another example for those who still do not perceive the calorie content of food as the most important factor in losing weight and are trying to focus on portions.

As a result, when I returned home, I brought 4 kilograms, of which most of it was water - I confess, I didn't drink as much water as I needed in heat, and smoked fish often indulged in a day on the road in the car home, fatigue also made itself felt by fluid retention in the body.

Never panic after flights, long trips, seeing a plus on the scales - this is water, which will go away with further adherence to the drinking regime.

But the most important thing is that I do not worry a bit and do not regret it. These 4 kilograms are nothing against the background of emotions and impressions, including impressions of new dishes and various sweets. And I know how to get rid of extra pounds and I will remind you:

At home, I went back to my regular diet and calorie counting. I will adhere to the calorie content of the diet in the region of 1500-1600 kcal and observe the drinking regime. I'll see if there will be any changes in weight in a week and then I will already proceed from the circumstances.

In the meantime, I'll tell you about my Sunday menu.

At breakfast, I ate two eggs fried in 3 grams of olive oil, 135 g of tomato and a sandwich on Darnitsa bread (35 g) with fish pate (50 g).

And this breakfast turned out to be 435 kcal.

After breakfast I cooked dogwood jam for the winter.

We had an interesting story with jam in the Crimea. We were looking for kizilovo jam in the market in the Crimea to bring home, but they found only one small jar and that cost 150 rubles (for me, it's expensive). Tourists have sorted out all the dogwood jam before us - this is how popular it is. And the seller in the market told me that the dogwood is already harvested in full and you can cook the jam yourself! I found my grandfather on the market, from whom I bought 2.5 kilograms of dogwood for 150 rubles - it turned out much more profitable than buying ready-made. This is how sometimes a complete stranger saves the situation. And I saw the dogwood and I myself did not realize that I could buy it and make the most useful jam.

Of course, we brought fruit with us and for a snack I have 200 g of peach and 200 g of figs - 190 kcal.

I had lunch with chicken broth (350 g - weight including chicken drumstick meat) with 70 g of boiled noodles, and also salad of tomato, Crimean onion (total weight of vegetables 175 g) and 5 g of fragrant sunflower oils.

Went out lunch on 350 kcal.

And for dinner she boiled potatoes and stewed chicken liver in tomato-sour cream sauce. My portion: 200 g of boiled potatoes and 200 g of stewed chicken liver (weight with sauce), as well as 120 g of cucumber - 380 kcal.

In the evening we went to the store and to the market, to buy some groceries for home, and I could not resist the pastroma (as the manufacturer called it) - it was so delicious. And not very greasy, by the way. I ate a piece of 50 g in the evening with tea - 185 kcal.

My day turned out to be 1585 kcal. B - 91, F - 72, U - 141.

I try to establish a drinking regime and drive out all excess water. In a couple of days I'll see what the scales show me.

And in fact, I really missed my homemade food - light, hearty and not greasy.
