Probably everyone who is overweight wants to lose weight, although they do not always admit this even to themselves, hiding in a shell of body positive.

But not everyone wants to do at least something in order to start losing weight.

In addition, they were so convinced that it is impossible to lose weight without someone's help that we sometimes do not even try to delve into the process ourselves and believe in ourselves, and not in another earning money for us.

The main reason for gaining excess weight is an excess of energy entering the body with food. If we eat a lot of high-calorie foods and do not have time to spend all the energy that we received, the excess will go into fat.

You need to reduce your calorie intake to stop gaining weight. And this does not mean going on another starvation diet, with which you break off, smelling the aroma of your favorite dish.

Reducing your calorie intake means stopping eating too much.

A long time ago, they came up with everything for us, conducted a bunch of research and many people checked on themselves - calorie counting works.

It remains only to love yourself and start acting: find out your calorie intake and control your nutrition:

It was only through counting calories that I was able to do what that I couldn't all my adult life - to lose weight and maintain the result. Everything turned out to be very simple - if there is a desire to learn new things and a desire to achieve a stable result without suffering and restrictions.

For example, I will show my menu on calorie counting. Now the calorie content of my day is 1500-1600 kcal, while the norm is 1700 kcal. I reduced my calorie intake in order to lose a couple of kilograms after a vacation (as I already told regular readers, on vacation, without control and any restrictions, I gained 4 kg, of which 2 kg went away in the first week, because the water was delayed).

My breakfast today turned out to be 520 kcal: coffee with milk (60 g) and cheese cake.

A cheese cake was made from 100 g of 5% cottage cheese, eggs, 30 g of whole grain flour, 50 g of cheese.

The worse the weather, the more you want to eat. But in fact, you just want to seize the autumn mood with something tasty. This is how we gain our extra pounds: either the mood is bad, then the stress, then someone has offended and the most affordable pleasure at such moments is food. And often this food enters our mouths uncontrollably in huge quantities.

I am no exception and I also want to seize the mood with something tasty - we are not robots. But I have learned to control such things. Perhaps not 100% works, but still works.

And this afternoon I was just affected by the understanding that the summer is over and now we are waiting for cool weather, autumn rains, then frost, snow, snowdrifts. Nature does not have bad weather - you say. Perhaps, but not for me - I love spring and summer, no matter how beautiful the golden autumn and snow-white winter are. Now I just have to wait for spring. I'm already waiting😂

And I corrected my mood with a sandwich on whole grain bread (20 g) with cottage cheese (1 g), lightly salted fish (50 g) and cucumber (50 g) - 215 kcal. I ate a sandwich and drank hot green tea. And such a snack fit well into my daily calorie intake.

For lunch, I cooked boiled potatoes and chicken liver. Today I cooked the liver in a creamy sauce with mushrooms for the first time. I usually tried to cook the liver with a minimum amount of additional food. The liver itself is high in calories and did not want to burden it even more. But today I decided to cook as my heart desires and calculate the KBZHU.

It turned out very tasty, and KBZHU was not particularly upset.

Lunch: 200 g of boiled potatoes, 200 g of chicken liver stewed in a creamy sauce with mushrooms (weight including sauce) - 430 kcal.

And for dinner I have 400 g of lazy cabbage rolls - I have prepared a whole pot the other day and we have been eating with pleasure that day. Dinner for 290 kcal.

And with tea after dinner I ate 3 toffee (15 g) - 60 kcal.

The result of the day is 1515 kcal. B - 112, F - 63, U - 120.
