Stir-fry is a way of preparing food in Asian cuisine. In fact, this is roasting meat and vegetables over high heat with constant stirring. It doesn't take long to make a stir-fry. This is a great quick meal for the whole family that is eaten clean. It is ideal, of course, to cook a stir-fry in a special wok, but in the absence of one, a frying pan with a thick bottom will do.
In this version of stir-fry, juicy chicken fillet is perfectly complemented by aromatic bell peppers and zucchini. And soy sauce and vinegar balance and combine flavors. When serving, the dish can be sprinkled with sesame seeds.

But, other products can also be used for washing fries. For example, onions, cabbage, green beans, broccoli, eggplant, and miniature corn cobs work well. And from meat ingredients, you can take lean pork, beef, shrimp. You can also serve boiled noodles or funchose with the stir-fry, if you wish.

Ingredients:

  • chicken fillet - 500 g
  • small zucchini (zucchini) - 1 pc.
  • large sweet pepper - 1 pc.
  • soy sauce - 2 tbsp l.
  • starch - 1 tbsp. l.
  • apple or wine vinegar - 1 tbsp. l.
  • garlic - 3 cloves
  • salt to taste
  • ground black pepper - to taste

Step by step recipe

1. First, let's cook the meat.
Two chicken fillets, with a total weight of about 500 g, wash and dry well with paper towels.
Cut the fillet lengthwise into two parts. We cut each of the parts into long strips.

2. Put the chopped fillet in a bowl and add 1 tbsp. l. starch. Mix everything well.

3. Put one piece of chopped fillet in a hot frying pan with vegetable oil. Fry over high heat for about 2 minutes until a beautiful golden brown. Using this method, we fry all prepared meat.
Transfer the fried fillet pieces to a plate.

4. First cut one small zucchini or zucchini into slices and then into cubes.

5. Cut one large bell pepper into thin strips.
Finely chop three medium cloves of garlic with a knife.

6. Add chopped garlic to a frying pan with a small amount of vegetable oil. We fry for literally 30 seconds so that it does not burn, otherwise it will taste bitter in the dish. Add chopped zucchini to the garlic. We mix.

7. Add pepper cut into strips to this. Fry everything from time to time, stirring for about 8 minutes, until the vegetables are ready.

8. Add the fried pieces of chicken fillet to the ready-made vegetables, mix. Salt everything to taste, pepper, pour 2 tbsp. soy sauce and 1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar. Mix everything and cook for another 2-3 minutes so that the flavors are distributed. We remove from the fire.

Stir-fry of zucchini with pepper turned out to be very tasty and aromatic. It cooks quickly and is eaten even faster.
