Mine, peel vegetables and cut them into rather large pieces. You do not need to grind, because all this will eventually be grinded with a blender.

Add vegetable oil to the pan and fry the potatoes, carrots and onions for about 5 minutes.

Then I add the zucchini and everything else. Salt the vegetables and add about a third of the water to the pan.

Cover the pan with a lid and simmer the vegetables for about 10 minutes, until cooked through. Check the readiness of vegetables for potatoes and carrots.
