We bake delicious pancakes for breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea or just like that.

Ingredients:

0.5 l of sour milk
2 cups warm water
3 eggs
1 hour l. soda without a slide
3 tbsp. l. vegetable oil
0.5 tsp l. salt
2 h l. Sahara
2 cups flour (you need to look at the thickness, as sometimes it takes more or less often less)
vegetable oil for greasing the pan

How to cook:

1. Heat milk and water a little. But don't mix.

2. Beat eggs with sugar and salt. Pour in vegetable oil and half of the milk.

3. Begin to add flour with spoons, adding milk.

4. As soon as the dough begins to seem thickened, pour in half of the warm water and the rest of the flour.

5. In the water that has not yet been mixed into the dough, dissolve the soda. Mix quickly, pour into the dough. Everything! If you are satisfied with the density, then you need to immediately start baking pancakes.

6. Grease the pans with a brush with oil, heat over medium heat and pour the batter into the bottom of the pan with a ladle.

7. You can bake pancakes on one side only if you have not poured enough dough. There will be pancakes or pancakes. And if you pour in more dough, then the pancake should be turned over to the other side and fried a little.

Always remove or shake any pancakes and crepes onto a clean towel. As my grandmother taught.

Fold the finished pancakes in half and then as you like.

Serve with jam, sour cream or honey.
