Ordinary cottage cheese (from animal milk) clogs the intestines, so we prepare a slightly different "cottage cheese" (from live buckwheat).
This unusual "miracle curd" in consistency resembles the usual curd, but unlike the sticky casein mass, which can "live" in us for quite a long time, it leaves our digestive tract rather quickly (that is, it "self-destructs" from our organism).
Ingredients:
1. Green buckwheat - half a glass
2. Banana - 1 piece
3. Water - 1 glass
Preparation
In the evening, they poured green buckwheat with water (room temperature), put it in the refrigerator. In the morning, buckwheat was washed, poured into a blender container.
Peeled the banana from the peel, broke the pulp and put it on the buckwheat. They poured warm water (half a glass). Grind everything together for about a minute.
