It is known that thin with high weight (for example I with 132 kg) is easier than with the so-80 kilograms. The more fat, the faster it goes into the process of losing weight. And accordingly, when our weight decreases and decreases as well, then say goodbye to excess weight becomes more difficult.
Fast enough bye somewhere from 15-17 kilos, I was faced with a number of problems.
The first problem - the weight began to go much slower. If before I lost a month from 4 to 5 kilograms, now it takes 3-4 kg. But for such an eventuality, I was ready, as learned a lot of information about nutrition and weight loss.
But the second problem was just that I wanted to avoid.
I was faced with the so-called plateau effect. I stagnation occurred. Throughout the month, where the weight and standing of any kind would not decrease! At the same time, I knew that there is no absolute way to overcome a plateau that will help everyone.

Start losing weight from 130 kg, I just changed your diet. And throwing off the first 5-7 kilograms, connect the foot, each time increasing their time. Why not immediately? Because my legs could not cope with the load and would like to tear and throw away after 30 minutes walking. And having lost 5-7 kilograms, I'm already I felt light and flew to walk through the parks!)
Over time, in addition to walking, I began to connect the home training, and then the power load (just to overcome the plateau).
