Unusual Pizza from puff pastry with sausage

Ingredients:

1 pack puff barmy dough
100-150 gr. jerked salami or sausage (available cutting)
100 gr. hard cheese (cheese melted or not go)
3 tbsp. l. tomato paste
egg
green onion

Preparation:


1. Thaw ready puff pastry at room temperature.

2. Sprinkle the table with flour and roll out the dough circle.
Then put it on a baking paper or silicone mat.

3. Make a circle in the center of the dough 4 cut - should get 8 triangles of the same size.

4. Coat tomato paste dough preform edge.

Lay overlapping slices of sausage.

5. Green onions cut into small pieces and sprinkle the sausage in a circle bow.

6. Grate the cheese on a fine grater. It will take any rubbish cheese that melts well.
Sprinkle pizza toppings and cheese.

Wrapped triangles of dough from the inside out, so to cover their filling.

7. The edges of the dough a little squeeze or pinch.

8. Beat the egg with a fork, so that the yolk and white are thoroughly mixed. Grease the pizza eggs using a silicone cooking brush - from pizza to form a golden brown.

10. Heat oven to 200 degrees.

Bake pizza for about 20 minutes.
