For a snack, you will need a very ripe delicious avocado, which must be cut into cubes and sent to a salad bowl. Very, very finely chopped onions are also sent there, you can take a red one.
Next, open a can of tuna, I use it without oil. We send fish fillets there in the salad bowl to the avocado and onion.
I also add some toasted sesame seeds, but this is not necessary, and it will be delicious without it. But salt, pepper and a little lemon juice must be added, as well as vegetable oil.
The only thing left to do is to knead everything with a fork. In order to speed up the process, you can use a hand blender. I do not grind everything into a smooth paste, I like it when there are small pieces of avocado and tuna.
You can serve it directly on bread as a sandwich, or you can simply put it on a dish, sprinkle with paprika or pepper.
