Delicious homemade cake. The perfect addition for Sunday tea.

Ingredients:

Curd 3% - 400 g
Sugar - 500 g
Egg whites cream - 4 pieces
Egg yolks for the dough - 4 pieces
Soda - 2 tsp
Flour - 625 - 750 g
Corn Starch - 25 g
Milk - 900 ml
Melted butter - 300 g
Vanilla sugar - 2 sachets
Lemon juice - 25 ml
Walnut - 150-200 g

Preparation:

1. Making the dough.
Home triturated with sugar fat cottage cheese (250 g).
If the cheese is rather dry, it is desirable to rub it through a sieve.

2. Combine cottage cheese with egg yolks and soda, quenched with lemon juice.
Mix well and leave at room temperature for about 20-30 minutes.
During this time, weight should increase by two to three times.

3. After a time, gradually add flour, stirring carefully.

Add flour until until the dough begins to slide into a good bowl and do not stick to your hands.

4. Put the dough on a work surface dusted with flour and divide into 10-12 equal parts.

5. From each part unroll thin round cakes.

6. Bake each cake in a preheated 180 C oven for a few minutes until done.

7. Prepare the cream. Starch small amount of milk stir until dissolved.
Separately mix proteins with sugar (250 g) and vanilla sugar. Then add flour (50 g) prepared by the starch and spoon.

8. Bring to boiling milk and cream prepared by introducing into it.

Cook the custard and quenched (The more flour or starch - the thicker the cream will. Density cream and sweetness is adjusted to taste).

9. Then in a separate small container whisk softened butter until fluffy.
Without stopping to whisk, gradually add the cooled cream spoon.
Beat cream until smooth.

10. Finished cakes coat with cream.

Cake decorate the top with crushed cookies or nuts.
