This fall we have a real apple boom, there are a lot of apples. The jam is cooked and the apples are also dried for compotes. But what about baked goods? In this article, I have collected 4 recipes for baking with apples and I am sure that everyone will find something interesting for themselves.

Puff pastry with apples

Ingredients: apples 800 grams, eggs 2 pcs, milk 100 ml, sugar 2 tbsp. spoons, baking powder 0.5 tsp. spoons, butter 30 grams, flour 70 grams, salt

How to cook:

  • apples, peel and cut into thin slices, sprinkle with lemon
  • beat eggs in mixers, add sugar, melted butter, milk, flour and baking powder, the dough should be slightly thicker than on pancakes
  • all the apples are chopped, you need to mix them well with the dough, trying to make sure that the dough envelopes each apple slice
  • Put apples in the dough gently break into a mold and send to bake at 180 degrees for 1 hour

"Irish" cake with vanilla cream

Ingredients: apples 300-350 grams, 240 g flour (160 g regular wheat + 80 g whole grain), 7 g baking powder, 1/2 tsp. l. ground cinnamon, 120 g soft butter, 120 g sugar, 2 eggs, 60 ml milk at room temperature

for the sauce: 100 g milk, 100 g cream, 2 yolks, 40 g vanilla sugar

How to cook:

Grind butter with sugar and add eggs, mix well, add flour, baking powder and a little cinnamon (optional). Knead the dough.

Cut the apples into cubes, sprinkle with lemon juice and mix with the dough, put in a mold and bake at 180 degrees for about 50-60 minutes.

Cooking vanilla cream: grind the yolks with sugar, heat milk and cream, but do not boil. Gradually stirring constantly, add milk and cream to the yolks with sugar, then put on fire and cook for about 4-5 minutes until thickening, stirring constantly. Then let cool and serve with the pie in a gravy boat.

Oat pancakes with apples

Ingredients: 250 ml milk, 100 g oatmeal (pour milk and leave for 10-15 minutes), 2 eggs, 25 butter or vegetable oil, 25 grams of vanilla sugar, 90 g flour, 7 g baking powder, Apple

How to cook: Pour the oatmeal with milk and leave for 10 minutes, then add the rest of the ingredients and knead the dough, add the diced apple. Fry in a non-stick skillet without oil.

Apple Pie with Streusel

Ingredients: 800 grams of apples, a handful of raisins, cinnamon (optional)

Shortcrust pastry: flour - 250 grams, butter - 125 grams, pinch of salt, water - 60 ml

Streisel: 90 grams of butter, 50 grams of sugar and 70 grams of flour

How to cook: Prepare shortcrust pastry and refrigerate for 10 minutes, then spread over the bottom and sides of the mold. Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes at 180 degrees.

  • cut apples, add raisins, a little cinnamon and a tablespoon of sugar to them, mix everything and put in a mold with dough
  • prepare streusel: mix the ingredients until crumbled and place on top of the apples
  • bake the cake at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes
