β¨Hello, my name is Oksana! I am glad to welcome everyone who has looked at my page. Thanks so much for taking the time to read my recipes! I would be grateful for your comments and subscriptions!
β π Cooking pasta is a simple matter. But, probably, every housewife has at least once faced the fact that pasta was boiled or sticky after cooking.
Today I want to share with you a great way to prepare pasta for a side dish that will help you avoid this.
β¨ The pasta is whole and does not stick together into porridge.
β¨ In this case, you only need a frying pan.
π For cooking you will need: π₯
Pasta (any shape) - 200 g
Butter - 20 g
Water - 700 ml
Salt, spices to taste.

Everything is very simple. Put a piece of butter in a frying pan and put on high heat. Gradually, the butter will begin to melt and foam slightly.
As soon as the piece has completely melted, pour dry pasta into the pan. That's about 2 cups of groceries if you don't have a scale. If the pasta is small, then the volume will be slightly less. All the same, in this dish it is not necessary to strictly observe the proportions, you can put everything on the eye. Fry the pasta over medium-high heat for a couple of minutes. Do not forget to stir so that a golden brown crust forms on all sides.
At this point, you should have a steep boiling water ready. Pour enough so that the water completely covers the pasta. Add salt and spices to taste (I get by with one salt).
Next, cover the pasta with a lid, reduce the heat to medium and cook for 7-9 minutes (the exact cooking time can be found on the package). During this time, all the water should boil away. Only ruddy, not sticky and very tasty pasta will remain.
Everything is ready, it remains only to serve our delicious side dish to the table. Personally, I like this cooking method much more than the traditional one in a saucepan.
