Ingredients:
- loaf - 1 pc.
- boiled eggs - 4 pcs.
- cucumbers - 200 g
- cherry tomatoes - 200 g
- sprats - 1 can
- mayonnaise - 1 tbsp. l.
- parsley - 1 small bunch
- salt to taste
Step by step recipe
1. Cut the loaf into slices. To make the sandwiches more tasty and crunchy, they need to be fried in a pan with a little sunflower oil.
Fry the loaf for 1-2 minutes on only one side until golden brown.
2. Three boiled eggs on a fine grater. Salt the grated eggs and add a tablespoon of mayonnaise.
We mix everything.
3. Cut about 200 g of cucumbers and 200 g of cherry tomatoes into thin slices.
4. Lubricate the loaf of croutons with an egg mixture. Put the cucumber on one side of the sandwich, and the sprat on the other. Put a tomato circle on top of the cucumber and decorate with parsley leaves.
5. Serve the sandwiches on a plate decorated with lettuce.
