And we eat, and the children like it. Such a dessert is prepared very quickly and easily. And for breakfast for tea, and just like that, instead of sweets. Any sort of pumpkin will do. It always turns out delicious!

HOW TO COOK:
I cut the pumpkin into small pieces in advance. Any. You can use straws, for example, sticks or cubes. I usually cut into cubes.
Melt a piece of butter in a frying pan. I spread the sliced pumpkin.
Stir and cook until soft. The time depends on the type of pumpkin and how the pumpkin is cut. It took me about 10 minutes today.
Be sure to add a pinch of salt to the pumpkin. And when the pumpkin is almost ready, sprinkle it with ground cinnamon. If it is not sweet enough, you can add sugar. Instead of cinnamon, cardamom or lemon zest can also work. But it is with cinnamon that we like the most.
Stir again and cook for a couple of minutes. Then I put the pumpkin in a suitable plate and pour it over with honey.
You can, of course, sprinkle with powdered sugar, but with honey I like it more.
You can serve with nuts, chopping them beforehand, you can pour lemon juice. Here you can already dream up))
I really like this dessert with ice cream. Especially delicious when the pumpkin is still hot.
