We make cordon blue from zucchini.
What we need:
- Directly the zucchini or zucchini itself

- Breadcrumbs
- A little flour
- A couple of eggs

How we cook:

Dip in flour, dip in an egg (without flour, it does not linger on the zucchini properly), roll in breadcrumbs. Well, we fry in a hot skillet with butter.
You can, of course, serve a side dish with this, but it is eaten without any side dish just with a bang!
