Ingredients:

  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • pita bread - 1 pc.
  • tomato - 1/2 pc.
  • cheese - 30 g
  • dill - bunch
  • salt to taste
  • vegetable oil - for frying

Step by step recipe

1. First, let's prepare all the ingredients.
Take half a tomato and cut it into slices. Cut the resulting plates into cubes.

2. Grind a small bunch of dill. Alternatively, you can use other greens, such as parsley or green onions, if desired.
30 g of cheese three on a coarse grater.

3. Break 2 eggs into a bowl. Salt them a little. Beat with a fork.

4. Put chopped tomatoes in a hot pan with a little vegetable oil. Fry them for 2-3 minutes until soft, stirring occasionally.
Pour the beaten eggs onto the fried tomatoes.

5. Immediately, while the eggs are still liquid, put a circle of pita bread on top. We press it a little against the eggs.
Cover the pan with a lid and cook over low heat.

6. After 2 minutes, when the eggs are cooked, turn the pita bread with the egg to the other side.
Sprinkle everything on top with grated cheese and dill. Fold lavash with eggs in half.
Cover and cook for about 1 minute to melt the cheese.

We immediately serve the finished breakfast on the table.
