On my channel, I share my experience of losing weight, maintaining weight, a menu for the day and recipes for dishes with a calculated KBZhU.

In order to slim down tasty and comfortable, you must follow the basic rules:

Fragrant curd-rye buns that you can afford even with weight loss - shall we cook?

Cottage cheese (I have 9%) is better to grind through a sieve or use a blender, like me, so that there are no grains of cottage cheese left.

Mix cottage cheese with egg, a pinch of salt and coriander (optional).

Next, add flour and 1 teaspoon of baking powder. It took me 110 grams of whole grain rye flour and 50 grams of whole grain rice flour.

Depending on the moisture content of the curd, you may need more or less flour.

The dough is sticky.

With hands moistened with water, we form rye buns.

If you want crunchy rye tortillas, shape the tortillas from the rolls by flattening them.

Sprinkle flour on the buns and make cuts with a knife.

We send it to an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes. The baking time depends on your oven.

Ingredients:

  • 200 g of cottage cheese 9%,
  • 110 g whole grain rye flour
  • 50 g whole grain rice flour
  • 1 chicken egg
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt, coriander to taste if desired.

KBZHU per 100 g: K - 298, B - 16, F - 8, U - 41.

Weight of 1 bun is about 45-50 g.
