Delicious pasta recipe. Tuna pasta. Such pasta is not only very tasty, but also cooks quickly, I assure you, cook it once, and you will cook it many more times.

Recipe:
pasta -250g
milk -250ml
Cheddar cheese -150 g
butter -40g
cream cheese cheese - 3 tbsp. (or sour cream)
salt to taste
black pepper - to taste
canned tuna in its own juice -1 can
COOKING METHOD
First, let's boil pasta, I have feathers. Take a saucepan, pour water, add salt, bring to a boil and lower 250 grams of pasta, cook until tender. Now we put it in a colander.
While the pasta is boiling, we will prepare the hard cheese, I will rub 120 grams of cedar on a coarse grater.
We take a deep frying pan.
We put 40 grams of butter and immediately put 3 tbsp. cream cheese, the fire is minimal, can be replaced with sour cream.
Cook over low heat until smooth, stirring constantly, now add the grated cheese, and pour in 250 ml of milk and, stirring, cook over medium heat for 5 minutes, during which time the sauce will slightly boil down.
Add salt to taste and black pepper. Now add the pasta, take 1 can of canned tuna in our own juice, I do not drain the liquid, if you wish, you can drain it. Remember a little with a fork and add to the pasta.
Stir the paste ready.
Lots of cheese sauce and pasta, the taste is simply divine.
