Jellied kefir pie, in my experience, this is the most successful recipe for kefir dough. It does not settle, it is always baked and, most importantly, the finished cake does not have the effect of a wet cake.

For the test:
kefir -300ml
eggs -2pcs
flour - 220g
salt -1 tsp
soda -1 tsp
vegetable oil -70 ml
For filling:
cabbage -300g
onion -1pc
eggs -2 pcs
greens - optional
COOKING METHOD
Today I have cabbage, you can any other, in the description under the video I will leave links to a video with recipes for fillings for jellied pies.
Cut the onion into cubes 300 grams of cabbage, chop freshly into strips.
First fry the onion until translucent in a small amount of vegetable oil, then add the cabbage and fry for 5 minutes, you do not need to bring the cabbage to readiness, it is enough that it decreases in volume and slightly dim. Now add salt, mix black pepper and remove from heat.
Cut the boiled eggs into cubes and chop the dill greens, add to the cabbage. Stir the filling ready.
Let's make the dough. Break 2 eggs into a bowl, pour in 300 ml of kefir, add a teaspoon of salt without a slide, mix, pour in 70 ml of vegetable oil and add sifted flour 220 grams, now add 1 tsp. soda without a slide, to be sure that the soda is extinguished in kefir, I add a little lemon juice.
Mix again, the dough is ready.
We take a mold with a diameter of 24 cm, grease with oil, pour half of the dough, put the filling, fill it with the second half of the dough.
We put in a preheated oven and bake at 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes or be guided by the soy oven.
