✅👌Even it seems that from the simplest products you can cook something unusual and very tasty!
Today I want to offer you one of the options for making delicious and hearty sandwiches, for preparations which I always try to store in my refrigerator at least one jar of sprat in tomato.
✨ Sprat in tomato is the kind of canned food that can always be purchased at a reasonable price, and most often in large supermarkets, they always come under the auction sale. Therefore, in my family, this snack was called "anti-crisis".
✨ Despite the budget set of ingredients, the sandwiches turn out to be very tasty - I cook them often, and so far no one is bored. Try it, maybe you will like it! 🥰
📕What you need to make a snack: 🥙
Sprat in tomato - 1 can
Pickled or pickled cucumbers - 2 pcs. small size
Onions - 1 small head
Green onions, dill, parsley - several sprigs
Table vinegar (9%) - 2 tbsp. l.
Granulated sugar - 1 tbsp. l.
Water - 5 tbsp. l.
Salt - to taste (if necessary)
Loaf or bread - 5-6 slices
Vegetable oil - for frying

The first thing we need to do is pickle the onions. Peel the onion, rinse and cut into small cubes. Any onion will do - red or regular onion, in general, any onion.
We shift the chopped onion into a deep bowl, pour in water, vinegar, add sugar. Mix everything well and leave to marinate while we prepare the other components of the snack.
Cut pickled cucumbers, as well as onions, into small cubes.
Rinse the greens and chop finely.
Drain half of the tomato sauce from a jar of sprat in tomato sauce (it happens in excess there). Put the rest of the contents of the jar in a bowl, knead with a fork. You can leave small pieces or make the mass as homogeneous as possible - this is already at your request.
Add to the mashed sprat everything that was chopped earlier - parsley, dill, green onions and cucumbers. Drain the marinade from the pickled onion, squeeze it out and also pour it into a common dish.
We mix. Almost ready!
It remains only to brown the bread. Fry thin slices in a little vegetable oil on both sides until golden brown. Let cool slightly.
And we put a snack on top. It is advisable to serve the dish immediately, until the bread is soaked.
