Ingredients:

Biscuit:
- eggs - 4 pcs.
- flour - 110 g (4 tbsp. l. with a slide)
- sugar - 80 g (4 tbsp. l.)
- salt - a pinch
- cocoa - 1 tbsp. l.
- baking powder - 1 tsp l.
Cream:
- sour cream 20% - 200 ml
- sugar - 3 tbsp. l.
Step by step recipe
1. First, let's prepare the dough.
Carefully divide 4 eggs into yolk and white. Pour the yolks into a glass, and the whites into a clean and always dry bowl.
Begin to beat the whites and gradually add 4 tbsp. l. sugar, this is about 80 g. Beat the whites with sugar until a strong, stable foam.
2. When the whites have already beaten, add the yolks to them one by one and beat again, but not for long.
Here we add vanilla extract or vanilla sugar to the dough and stir again a little.
3. Sift 4 tablespoons into the dough through a sieve. with a heap of flour, this is about 110 g and pour 1 tsp here. l. baking powder.
We do not mix everything for a long time.
4. We select 4 tablespoons from the prepared dough. dough and put them in a separate bowl.
5. Pour 1 tbsp to it through a sieve. cocoa. Mix gently with a spoon.
6. Put the white dough in a mold, the bottom of which is covered with parchment paper. The diameter of my mold is 21 cm.
Level the dough in shape.
7. Put the chocolate dough on top. Put six circles in a circle with a spoon.
We make patterns in each circle with a toothpick. Dip the toothpick into the dough outside the chocolate circle and bring it to the center. You do not need to wipe the toothpick. This creates more beautiful patterns.
8. Put the biscuit in the oven preheated to 180 degrees. We bake for about 35 minutes.
The biscuit is baked, leave it on the table until it cools completely.
9. Preparing the cream.
We take 200 ml of sour cream and pour 3 tablespoons into it. Sahara. We mix everything. I use 20% fat sour cream.
10. The biscuit is already cold. With a knife we go through the sides of the form and take it out of the form.
Cut the biscuit lengthwise into two approximately equal parts.
11. Apply about half of the sour cream to the bottom cake. The second part is applied to the top cake. The sour cream, due to the addition of sugar, has become even thinner and will saturate the biscuit well.
12. Put the cakes together. Leave it to soak in the refrigerator for a couple of hours. I left it overnight.
The PATTERN cake turned out to be very tender and incredibly tasty. It prepares easily and quickly enough. Sour cream perfectly permeates the biscuit, and the patterns on the biscuit will allow you not to think about decorating the cake.
