Even small children will be happy to eat this first dish. And all adults will definitely appreciate it.
Ingredients:
- 1 chicken leg
- 4-6 potatoes
- 3.5-4 liters of water
- carrot
- onion
- salt
- black peppercorns
- Bay leaf
- vegetable oil
- spices to taste
For dumplings:
- 150 g flour
- 0.5 tsp l. salt
- 2 eggs
- 5-7 st. l. milk (you need to focus on the dough, it should be thin, like sour cream)
How to cook:
1. Cut the potatoes into cubes and place with the chicken in a saucepan. Cover with water and put on fire. As it boils, reduce and remove the foam.
2. Chop carrots and onions into strips and sauté in vegetable oil. Place the stir-fry in the boiling broth.
3. For dumplings, beat eggs with salt, add flour and milk.
4. With a spoon dipped in water, take a little dough and dip into the soup. The dough itself falls off the spoon, but if it doesn't work out, then you can help yourself with the second spoon. And so to do with the whole test.
5. Salt the soup with dumplings, season with black peppercorns and spices to taste. Season with chopped herbs.
6. Cook for 3-5 minutes after lowering the dumplings, then turn off the heat and let the soup stand for a few more minutes.
It tastes like a soup with homemade noodles, only here we have it lazy in the form of dumplings.
Advice: grated cheese, garlic, turmeric, paprika, herbs and even meat can be added to the dough for dumplings.
