I didn't even think that just two ingredients could make such a delicious salad. Very tasty! We have already cooked several times and decided that we will definitely have such a salad on the New Year's table! Recommend!

The recipe is very simple and quick. Even someone who has never cooked anything can do it!

HOW TO COOK:

Squids. We had pre-boiled ones. They need to be cut into thin strips. How to cook so that the squid turns out to be soft, I will write at the end of the article.

And Korean carrots. I cook the carrots myself. But you can buy, of course. You can find my Korean carrot recipe in the video at the end of the article. You can simply mix these two ingredients and not even season with anything - just let the salad brew!

But my husband filled with homemade mayonnaise. It turned out so delicious that you will not come off!

For a festive serving, you can use the serving form. We have such a square one. You can take a regular serving ring. We spread and press down a little with a spoon.

And you're done! The salad is incredibly delicious! Try it!

To make the squid soft and tasty, of course, they need to be cooked properly. I cook for 2 minutes. Or (if suddenly "missed"), cook for 40 minutes. And in fact, and in another case, the squids are very tender! If you cook for 5, 10, 15, 20 minutes... - they will be tough!

Previously, I pour boiling water over them for about 30 seconds and immediately transfer them to ice water - then they are very easy to clean.
