Do you want to cook something unusual? Take this noodle recipe into service, which will definitely appeal to all lovers of Asian cuisine.

Chicken udon noodles - simplified version

Ingredients:

  • 200 gr. udon noodles
  • 1 large bell pepper
  • carrot
  • lettuce leaves
  • chicken breast or skinless thigh fillet
  • teriyaki sauce for frying
  • small head of onion
  • 150 ml soy sauce
  • vegetable oil

How to cook:

1. Peel the bell peppers and cut into strips.

2. Wash the carrots and also chop into thin cubes.

3. Cut the chicken meat into cubes or strips, whichever is more convenient.

4. Chop the onions in half rings.

5. Boil udon according to package directions.

6. Heat a couple of tablespoons of vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken in it until crusty. Season with teriyaki sauce.

7. Add peppers, carrots, hand-torn lettuce and onions.

8. Fry for 3-4 minutes.

9. Now it's the turn of the finished udon noodles.

10. Combine everything with a frying pan, mix, pour over soy sauce. Warm up for 1-2 minutes, then taste and, if necessary, add some more soy sauce.

Ready! When serving the noodles, you can sprinkle sesame seeds on the dish.
