Do you still think that the best way to lose weight is to starve yourself?
Why does the majority think that it is necessary "not to eat" and then everything will be okay? All will not be all right. At least everything will be bad with your health, if not for this minute, then in the future for sure.
And why should fat people in general lose weight through torment, hunger, tasteless food and killing themselves in the gym?
Who instilled all this in us, so much so that these thoughts stuck in the head of many very firmly.
And as a result, out of self-pity, most simply do not even try to start, do not want to believe that in fact they can eat and lose weight.
I also believed that hunger is the best aid in losing weight. And I gained even more excess weight with each breakdown.
But since May 2018, everything has changed. The most important thing is that I have come to the conclusion that the most important thing is health, which must be saved from excess weight. And after studying a bunch of information, I came to a proper diet and a calorie deficit. I eat and lose weight. Rather, she has already lost weight, having got rid of 60 extra pounds (starting with 132.2 kg, an increase of 172 cm).

And I turn to my menu for today.
I want to note that in the morning on an empty stomach I drink a glass of water and then before each meal (about 15 minutes) I drink a glass of water. I drink the rest of my norm during the day.
Breakfast - three huge sandwiches on homemade whole grain bread (65 g) with avocado and canned tuna pate (120 g) and green tea.
Breakfast turned out to be 420 kcal.

Today is a day when there is not much work to do, so I took up household chores in the morning, cooked food. I rested as best I could!
It was time to prepare some recipes for you and edit the video.
In the afternoon I had a bite of the cottage cheese casserole with dried cranberries left over from yesterday's dinner (90 g) - 165 kcal.
For lunch, I baked a chicken breast in curdled milk under a cheese crust and boiled bulgur.
The result was lunch - 150 g of baked chicken breast, 120 g of boiled bulgur and some vegetables (80 g in total).
Lunch went out on 370 kcal.
But after lunch I had to work until late at night with a break for dinner.
And for dinner I had a vegetable salad (tomato and cucumber with green leaves, 180 g in total), seasoned with 25 g of sour cream 10% and again chicken breast baked in curdled milk with cheese (125 g).
Went out dinner for 280 kcal.
I didn't want to cook something for dinner and I didn't even have any thoughts. I decided to eat a piece of chicken breast, which I was preparing for dinner.
At the same time, I got the squirrel.
And it has almost become a tradition to drink tea with dried fruits in the evening - 40 g of dates - 120 kcal.
As a result, the day went out to 1355 kcal.

In general, I propose on Friday, March 6, before the holidays, to weigh yourself, fix the result and then enjoy and celebrate with a light heart!
And then don't get on the scales for another 2 weeks!!! The water will just go away, which in any case will be after the festive feast and the next weighing will notupset, but please!
