What kind of fruit did you cut? Surely there are apples, pears, bananas or pineapples in the slices?
So, I know at least 3 ways to save slicing by using fruits for some dishes.
Method one
You can cook compote from apples and pears. Well, here I have not opened America to you, I think many do so.
But you can do it differently: cut into cubes, put in a bag - and in the freezer. And then also use for compote or pies. I constantly freeze apples like that, and then I make charlotte with them. By the way, nothing sticks together in the bag.
Method two
Prepare apples in batter. Well, in general, any other fruits - pears, bananas, pineapples. It's simple, fast and delicious!
Here is the batter recipe:
3 eggs
50 grams of sugar
100g sour cream
50 ml milk
150 gr flour
From the indicated ingredients, knead the batter, dip the fruit completely and fry on both sides in a large amount of vegetable oil.
Method three
Suitable for sliced bananas. Make pancakes out of them. The following ingredients are needed for the dough:
Milk - 320 ml
Banana (large) - 1 pc.
Baking powder - 2 tsp
Eggs - 1 pc.
Salt - 0.5 teaspoon
Sugar - 1 tablespoon
Butter - 30 g (melt)
Flour - 1.5 cups
Knead the banana with a fork, add all the other ingredients - you get a dough. Fry pancakes in a dry (!) Frying pan on both sides.

In general, I recommend cutting very few fruits, it is better to cut fresh fruits during the celebration, if suddenly everyone has eaten.
