I decided to weigh in today to see the effect the day relaxing on the body. I am well aware that this will be a good advantage at the expense of the water and the numbers on the scale do not frighten me, just had an interest.
As a result, I saw + 1.5 kg on the scales yesterday's result. It is understood that after the alcoholic drinks, and delicious food is not quite correct water will have to rid the body for several days. And I was ready for it.
But that's starting to write this article, I decided to tell you about what happens after chitmila or is such a day of rest from all he was with me yesterday.
I just want to show by example how our body responds to certain points. So you can see what is and is not scared.
Do not be afraid of numbers on the scales. In many cases, they do not measure. Women in general are very few days in the month, when they can see on the scale of net weight, without water, accumulated for several reasons.
That is so special is our female body. He is gaining weight (or rather the water) during the critical days, ovulation, and we swell with flights and long trips, when fatigue from physical labor, with consumption of alcohol, while not plenty of water. And still it is possible to transfer a lot of reasons, when in our body accumulates excess fluid.
But seeing unexpected plus on the scale - do not panic and introduce yourself to stress - "oh no! I have recovered! I gained extra 1-2 kg, while sitting on a diet! "Remember that in those moments you see in the balance plus, but it does not mean that this advantage in the form of fat. Not! It's just the water that you can easily print, in the use of water norm per day (which is 30 ml per kilogram of body weight) and continue to eat right and stick to calorie deficit. A week later, the scales will delight you already plumb.

I move on to the menu that I had today.
For breakfast, two boiled eggs,and two rye bread (10 g) with caviar carp (25 g). A green tea 90 g oat banana cake with apples.
I have breakfast at 415 kcal.
During breakfast, I drink a capsule of omega-3. While no longer drink any vitamins, but time would have to start drinking a complex of vitamins to maintain health.
I continue to quietly relax and after breakfast - a walk. They returned in time for a snack. A snack on my 700 grams of watermelon and snack upon myself measured out 20 g of peanuts on all day. I get together with a snack peanuts 285 kcal.
Today, a walk, watch a movie and relax, as we have said, still remember that we have a vacation, even spend it at home.
For lunch, the whole family's favorite cheese soup.
Plate cheese soup in 500 g of chicken breast and several thin rye breads with caraway seeds (10 g) - turned out to lunch 230 kcal.
And for dinner I made a kind of cupcakes chicken breast with vegetables (160 g) and a side dish I had - pasta (40 g dry). It is not desirable to have dinner with so many carbohydrates. But I had dinner early and knew that sleep lie down for at least 4 hours after the evening meal.
Dinner turned on 370 kcal.
The day came in 1300 kcal. Saw water, green tea.
While resting from physical labor and sports. Just walking in the fresh air.
