This cake will help you out when you need to quickly set the table. In just some 10 minutes and a delicious cake without baking cookies (it is very cheap) is ready. I share the recipe, take note!
Ingredients:
oatmeal cookies
sour cream
bananas
sugar
vanilla sugar
coffee
water
* cocoa, chocolate, nuts, berries (optional)
Preparation:
We will need a split baking dish so that the cake has the correct shape. If there is none, then you need to come up with something - otherwise it will fall apart. Perhaps a plastic container will do or there is a plate that fits and has high sides.
First, let's prepare sour cream.
We take 600g sour cream with a fat content of 25%, add 6-7 tablespoons of sugar, vanilla sugar to taste. Beat until the sugar is completely dissolved.
Now grease the bottom of the mold with sour cream and lay out a layer of cookies. But first we take 2 teaspoons of coffee, add 150 ml of warm water. We quickly dip each cookie in coffee and put it in a mold. You can do without coffee, but as for me, the cake turns out to be dry if the cookies are added directly, without wetting.
Put the whole cookie, no need to crush and break (you will need 500-550 grams of oatmeal cookies in total). On top, again cream, and then bananas, cut into slices about 5-7 mm thick.
Then again a layer of cookies, cream, bananas and repeat the layers again. Tamp down slightly. Carefully remove the split form, coat the top and sides with the rest of the cream. As a decoration we use cocoa or grated chocolate, nuts, candied fruits, berries - in general, anything.
We remove the cake for 2-4 hours in the refrigerator so that it is soaked.
In general, you can use any cream here - custard, protein, cream cheese. I just gave the easiest and fastest version of the cream.
You can also use berries between the layers instead of bananas. I sometimes take cherries from jam - it also turns out delicious.
