We make a simple and useful nettle infusion with a bunch of useful substances (almost like in algae). And the color is beautiful and the benefits are great.
Nettle is so nourishing that porridge, soups are made from it, added to cocktails, salads, etc. Nettle is also called "vegetable meat" (like legumes: peas, mung bean, lentils) ...
Ingredients:
1. Nettle - a bunch of leaves with a stem (you can use dried)
2. Drinking water - 1 glass
Preparation
We take (ideally May) nettle "with empty hands!" (if fresh, then in gloves so as not to "bite"), cut with scissors. Rinse with warm water.
We put it in a thermo mug, fill it with hot water (not boiling water). We leave it to brew better overnight.
In the morning we filter, add hot water and the healing nettle infusion is ready. Many will say that nettle thickens the blood (but almost all food thickens the blood, blood-thinning herbs can be added to it).
