Last week I fried these cheese and sausage cutlets 4 times. And we didn't get tired of them - because they are very tasty, crispy, but tender and juicy inside. Very tasty! And these cutlets are prepared simply and quickly - I'm sure you will like this recipe!
Preparation:
We take 5 sausages or small sausages and chop very finely (you can also take boiled sausage). Add 200 grams of grated cheese (it is advisable to take varieties that melt well).
Add 2 eggs, 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise or sour cream and 3 tablespoons of flour. Mix thoroughly to get a homogeneous minced meat. If desired, you can add a little greenery to it. No need to salt! The sausages and cheese are already salty.
Now let's prepare three bowls: in the first - flour, in the second - a beaten egg, in the third - bread crumbs.
Form cutlets with wet hands, then roll in flour, then dip in an egg and roll in breadcrumbs.
Fry the patties until golden brown on both sides in vegetable oil. They are fried very quickly - literally 3-4 minutes on each side.
We serve the cutlets immediately, because you need to eat them right away - they are most delicious when hot, when the cheese is drawn. We eat such cutlets for breakfast, or as a snack without a side dish.
