After an hour, I turned off the oven and left the potatoes there for another 15 minutes.
- Cut the foil on the potatoes with a cross.
- Lift and unscrew the edges of the foil.
- Top with sauce and scrape potatoes with it.
- Put the sauce in the resulting hole again and mix it with the potatoes.
- Those who prefer the lean option can replace sour cream with vegetable oil.
