Neptune salad. I don't even know how it happened that until today I have not yet shared this recipe with you, although I have been including it in the menu for the New Year's table for 5 years already. I am urgently correcting the situation, I want you to plan it for yourself on the menu for the New Year's table!

Recipe:

shrimp -300g

squid -300g

crab sticks VIČI -200g

Egg white -5pcs

red caviar -100g

mayonnaise - 3 tablespoons (or to taste)

salt to taste

COOKING METHOD

Boil the squid, I cook the water so I bring it to a boil, I lower the washed squid, after removing the insides from them. I spot it from the moment I dipped the squid into boiling water for 1 minute and take it out, put it in cold water so that the heat treatment stops, once again I remove my film, cut it into strips.

Peeled squid weight 300 grams
Divide the eggs into white and yolk. Cut the white into cubes, we don't need the yolk. We boil the shrimps, since they are ready, I throw them into boiling water, keep them there for 1 minute and take them out, peel them off, I take small shrimps for such a salad so as not to cut them. The weight of the peeled shrimp is 200 grams. Now we take crab sticks, in this salad the main thing is to choose high-quality crab sticks, since the taste of the salad will depend on them.



Let's cut the crab sticks. Putting the salad: put the egg whites, squid, shrimp and crab sticks.

We fill with mayonnaise and only now we add caviar, so it does not burst. Decorate with yolks and caviar. It looks impressive on the festive table, but it has no competitors to its taste, so be sure that it will go away without a trace.
