Delicious and unusual cutlets. I shared a similar recipe. There, sausages were the main ingredient, and here I replaced the sausages with crab sticks. And we all liked it. Until I tried it, I had no idea that it could be so delicious. Recommend! If not for a festive table, then at least just for dinner.

HOW TO COOK:

Finely chop the crab sticks. And put it in a bowl. You can, by the way, grate crab sticks and grate. But I like it better when the sticks like this, in pieces.

I add any hard cheese, grated on a coarse grater. Here - an egg, sour cream, flour and garlic (through a press). I stir it. It turns out a thick sticky "minced meat".

I form cutlets with wet hands.

First, I dip each cutlet in flour, then dip it into a plate with a beaten egg and then roll in breadcrumbs. I do not recommend frying such cutlets without breading!

I get 8 cutlets from this amount of ingredients.

I fry the cutlets on both sides until a beautiful golden brown crust and spread on a paper towel to remove excess oil.

RECIPE:

• Crab sticks - 200 g
• Cheese - 200 g
• Egg - 1 pc.
• Garlic - 1 tooth.
• Sour cream - 2 tbsp.
• Flour - 4 tbsp.
For breading:
• Flour - 2-3 tbsp.
• Egg - 1 pc.
• Breadcrumbs - 2-3 tbsp.

Both hot and cold, these cutlets are delicious. But, of course, keep in mind that the taste of these cutlets is highly dependent on the taste of crab sticks and cheese. Don't use sour cheese or tasteless crab sticks. It is better to take proven products - then you will definitely like the result))
