And today I want to speculate a little about nutrition.

Why are we basically so irresponsible about our diet?
and family nutrition?

After all, what lies on our plate is the basis of our health.

This is what they put into a plate for themselves and for the family - that is what they laid in the foundation on which health is built.

Starting to look for ways to deal with excess weight, we begin to eat in a balanced way, we switch to "proper nutrition" (everyone has their own understanding of it), we keep up with a healthy lifestyle.

And at the same time, I often read comments in which one and the same thought slips in different variations: I am losing weight, I follow the diet, I eat healthy foods, and the family has to cook separately.

Why such a division? Why do we not initially build a correct, balanced diet for the whole family, so that no one has problems with excess weight and well-being? Why don't we constantly monitor the diet so that we don't have to "go on diets" every time?

Yes, our habits that come from our past, and the past of our parents, when there was such a variety of products, there were no opportunities and there was no most important information - they give about themselves know.

But why is this happening now? There is a lot of information about healthy and balanced nutrition. And it is not necessary for everyone to consider KBZHU, you can simply cook less high-calorie meals, introduce more wholesome foods and limit high-calorie foods and sweets for everyone. Knowing the basics of a healthy diet, you can already adapt to compose the general diet of the family so that it is nutritious and balanced.

It is difficult to fight habits, but it is possible. However, many people continue to eat as they ate and think about what they eat only during periods when they suddenly wanted to lose weight.

We start to monitor nutrition only when the cock bites us and there is an urgent need to get rid of excess weight. And often when the next diet ends, nutritional control also ends.

Why did I raise this topic? I would like all of you to think about the importance of a healthy, balanced diet for the whole family, and not just for those who have decided to lose weight.

Changing family meals is difficult, takes time and takes a gradual approach. Difficult, but possible!

I haven't pampered myself with coffee and cheese sandwiches for a long time. I decided that today is the day I want a combination of coffee and cheese.

I have coffee with 60 g of milk and 20 g of salted caramel syrup. Sandwiches on homemade whole grain bread (80 g) with 15 g of butter and 65 g of cheese.

Breakfast is already on 610 kcal

In a reminder of recipes today, apple pancakes and beetroot salad:

Yesterday I decided to experiment and make homemade glazed curds. I cooked it in the form of sweets, so I wanted it.

And today I tried what I learned. True, I ate only one thing with a photo (50) on 140 kcal.

For lunch I have carp baked in sour cream.

200 g carp, 150 g cucumber and 40 g homemade whole grain bread - 370 kcal.

And for dinner, 200 g of jellied meat with 40 g of homemade whole grain bread - 500 kcal. I warmed up the jelly, it turned out almost khash.

The result of the day is 1640 kcal. B - 100, F - 80, U - 130.
