It couldn't be more juicy! And it's all about the right choice of meat. If you want your chicken chops or schnitzels to always be juicy, try using thigh fillets.
Any breading - from simple flour mixed with semolina to ground crackers, bread mixtures and crushed corn flakes and nuts.
Ingredients:
- chicken thighs
- eggs
- salt
- pepper
- flour
- bread crumbs or something else
- vegetable oil
How to cook:
1. Cut the thighs into boneless and skinless fillets.
2. Cut the resulting piece of meat into 2 parts, cover with cling film and beat off on both sides with a hammer. ⠀
3. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Beat a couple of eggs. Pour flour and bread crumbs (nuts, corn crumbs) into the other two bowls.
5. Dip the chops in flour, then dip in an egg and then bread in breadcrumbs or whatever. Again in the egg and again in the crackers. ⠀
6. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet.
7. Fry juicy chops on both sides over medium heat. About 5 minutes each. Perhaps more or less.
Serve with any side dish.
Bon Appetit! Good luck and health!
