I tell you - a little difficult to go back into the hallway 1200-1300 kcal, 1300-1400 when the parade on a week or even more.
It makes you want to eat something tasty okoloPPshnoe. After all, it seems that even fully free of calories. But I remind myself that enough time to skive and more active to lose weight and go to drink water.
For breakfast I had two boiled chicken eggs, and two rye loaf (10 g) with fish paste (30 g).
Vitamins and omega-3, green tea, and I'm ready for a new day.
My breakfast came on 340 kcal.
I saw - when I eat eggs for breakfast - saturation for a long time does not pass, and you can even skip the snack.
After breakfast, I went to work at the computer and took a cup of green tea and all-day tea measured out 60 g of apple jelly, which made herself the other day - 100 kcal.
For lunch I had yesterday soup from canned pink salmon in its own juice - 400 g and rye bread (10 g). Total lunch turned on 250 kcal.
After such a light lunch and you can indulge in watermelon. Still not tired, so we eat and enjoy.
Snack - 400 g watermelon - 100 kcal.
After dinner, I left work and finally harvested field output and began cooking. Today, I am ready for a few days vkusnyashek both themselves and family.
And for dinner, I had the incredible vkusnuypirogek - chicken breast in a creamy sauce (200 g) with buckwheat (100 g boiled).
Dinner turned on 345 kcal.
And yet, today I cooked curd pudding and peach puree instead use fresh apricots, which are interrupted blender - it is something! Incredible aroma of casseroles. And of course his remaining free calories I spent it at her. Eaten with tea after dinner - 100 g - 120 kcal.
Total for the day I got 1255 kcal. Saw actively water and green tea.
